11. Ma and Pa’s Trilogy
What Grandma and Grandpa Told Each Other After the War
This is songs two, three, and four on this album, with musical interlude binding them together. Although each song is its own stand-alone composition, they were written as a trilogy to show the progression of a suffering (but now-at-home) soldier as he becomes a happy, whole person and a family man. I made this edition as a single unit “director’s cut” to showcase the integration of the three songs.
